The staff were all most obliging. They were extremely busy with cycling teams ( including gb) staying there for the European Track Cycling Championships. Our room was large with mini bar. An excellent bathroom with v g air conditioning.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the beautiful old gardens of the Curia SPA. The value for money was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, especially the big beds that provided a comfortable sleep. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also loved the hotel's convenient location in the heart of the Bairrada region, making it easy to explore the local wine and food. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh bread that was a particular highlight. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The setting of the hotel was lovely and quiet.
We were a little disappointed with the restaurant, it had a menu but only seemed to serve a choice of either a meat or fish dish.

Very large room with a curtain to separate children from adults. Very good food in the dining room. A grand old hotel. Very reasonably priced.
The sofa bed for older son was very uncomfortable, should have had a roll away bed instead.

The grounds were beautiful. The landscaping was green and peaceful, and joyous to spend time in The room was fantastic and very clean and modern and lovely.
We spoke only a few words of Portuguese and the staff spoke little English so communicating was difficult. The spa services were only mediocre.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering bicycles to guests, this hotel is the perfect place for a peaceful break. The outdoor pool is also a plus, providing a refreshing spot to cool off on hot days.
The breakfast could have been better, with fake orange juice and poor coffee, and the WiFi barely worked in our room. the tennis courts were in poor condition and we had to bring our own gear.
